chapter: Partha, pashyaitan samavetan kurun. Where he halts the chariot matters too: directly in front of Bhishma and Drona, the grandfather and the teacher Arjuna loves most. Partha means the son of Pritha, that is, of Kunti. Kunti is the sister of Krishna&#8217;s father Vasudeva, so the address itself carries a reminder of kinship. Besides, Krishna does not call those opposite the sons of Dhritarashtra. He calls them Kurus. The Pandavas are Kurus too.
