Shivananda Lahari means the wave of bliss that comes from Shiva. Here the poet pictures the heart as a creature at play in those waves (\u2018vihara\u2019 means play, roaming about). \u2018Viharasakta\u2019 means attached to that play: \u2018asakti\u2019, attachment, which elsewhere means bondage, becomes a word of praise here.
