It is a name of five faced Shiva, and it is also a common name for the lion. Once the lion is heard in it, the whole verse turns into another picture: a beast with a deer held at its paw, that breaks elephants and tears tigers apart, before which no other animal will come, bright of body, lying in a cave. And the cave is my mind.
