to Sridhara Swami the gist of these two verses is one: by my grace my devotees attain fulfilment without strain. For Shankara &#8216;ananya yoga&#8217; is a samadhi that has no support other than the God in his cosmic form. Madhva takes the two verses together and says that the worshippers of the Lord have no hardship at all.
