There is a lament in Shankara&#8217;s words: &#8216;aho kashtam&#8217;, alas, the deluded do not see one who can be seen so clearly. The reason is that the pull of pleasures, seen and unseen, drags their minds in many directions. Only those with the eye of knowledge born of scripture see him.
