As the mind, so the words; as the words, so the deeds. In the good there is one and the same shape in mind, in word and in deed.
About this subhashita
The order in the first line matters. Mind to word, word to deed. The verse gives no route back the other way. Its position is that the source is in the mind.
Ekarupata is not equality but sameness of shape, three different things holding one form. That is a different kind of statement from telling someone to speak the truth.

For life today
With patients this is a daily question. If inside you are unsure and outside your voice is certain, the chain has broken there. Saying that you do not know is the one shape.
This does not mean everything in the mind must be spoken. Deciding how much to say, looking at the occasion, is one thing. Saying the opposite of what is there is another.
