ಮಹೀಂ ಮೂಲಾಧಾರೇ ಕಮಪಿ ಮಣಿಪೂರೇ ಹುತವಹಂ
ಸ್ಥಿತಂ ಸ್ವಾಧಿಷ್ಠಾನೇ ಹೃದಿ ಮರುತಮಾಕಾಶಮುಪರಿ ।
ಮನೋಽಪಿ ಭ್ರೂಮಧ್ಯೇ ಸಕಲಮಪಿ ಭಿತ್ವಾ ಕುಲಪಥಂ
ಸಹಸ್ರಾರೇ ಪದ್ಮೇ ಸಹ ರಹಸಿ ಪತ್ಯಾ ವಿಹರಸೇ ॥ 9 ॥
ಶ್ಲೋಕ (ದೇವನಾಗರಿ)
महीं मूलाधारे कमपि मणिपूरे हुतवहं
स्थितं स्वाधिष्ठाने हृदि मरुतमाकाशमुपरि ।
मनोऽपि भ्रूमध्ये सकलमपि भित्वा कुलपथं
सहस्रारे पद्मे सह रहसि पत्या विहरसे ॥ 9 ॥

ಪದಶಃ ಅರ್ಥ
- ಮಹೀಂ (महीं, mahīṃ) = ಪೃಥ್ವಿ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು (the earth element)
- ಮೂಲಾಧಾರೇ (मूलाधारे, mūlādhāre) = ಮೂಲಾಧಾರ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ (in the muladhara chakra)
- ಕಮ್ ಅಪಿ (कम् अपि, kam api) = ಜಲ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನೂ (and the water element)
- ಮಣಿಪೂರೇ (मणिपूरे, maṇipūre) = ಮಣಿಪೂರ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ (in the manipura chakra)
- ಹುತವಹಂ (हुतवहं, hutavahaṃ) = ಅಗ್ನಿ ತತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು (the fire element)
- ಸ್ಥಿತಂ (स्थितं, sthitaṃ) = ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು (that which is seated)
- ಸ್ವಾಧಿಷ್ಠಾನೇ (स्वाधिष्ठाने, svādhiṣṭhāne) = ಸ್ವಾಧಿಷ್ಠಾನ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ (in the svadhisthana chakra)

- ಭ್ರೂಮಧ್ಯೇ (भ्रूमध्ये, bhrūmadhye) = ಹುಬ್ಬುಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಆಜ್ಞಾ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ (in the ajna, between the brows)

ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಥ (ಕನ್ನಡ)
ಮೂಲಾಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೃಥ್ವಿಯನ್ನು, ಮಣಿಪೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಲವನ್ನು, ಸ್ವಾಧಿಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಅಗ್ನಿಯನ್ನು, ಹೃದಯದ ಅನಾಹತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯುವನ್ನು, ಅದರ ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿಶುದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು, ಹುಬ್ಬುಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಆಜ್ಞಾ ಚಕ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು, ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಭೇದಿಸಿ ಕುಲಪಥವೆಂಬ ಸುಷುಮ್ನಾ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲೇರಿ, ಸಹಸ್ರಾರ ಕಮಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಾಂತವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಪತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಹರಿಸುತ್ತೀಯೆ.
ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಥ (ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್)
You hold the earth in the muladhara, water in the manipura, fire seated in the svadhisthana, air in the heart at the anahata, ether above that in the vishuddhi, and the mind between the brows at the ajna. Piercing them all, you rise along the kula path, the sushumna, and in the thousand-petalled lotus you sport in solitude with your lord.
