Guha is another name of Subrahmanya. Of these three verses, the first speaks of his grace in joining Shiva and Parvati as one. The other two describe his form and bow to him.
The source places this hymn at the Shivagiri kshetra. The second verse mentions his fondness for dwelling on Shivagiri.

O Lord, devotees are unable to serve their parents separately. So out of compassion you bring about the oneness of the parents, do you not.
I always bow with head, mind and heart to Guha, who delights in dwelling on Shivagiri, who is a sun to the lotus face of Parvati, daughter of the Himalaya, and who is a wishing tree for all desires.
I praise him whose hands hold the thunderbolt and the spear and also grant boons and freedom from fear. Devasena, daughter of Indra, rests at his left side. He is a sun to the heart-lotus of Shiva and has the peacock for his fine mount.
About this hymn
This hymn is from the Subrahmanya group on the website of the Sringeri Sri Sharada Peetham. The source names no author, so we name none. We give no date either.
The source marks it as belonging to the Shivagiri kshetra. It gives no further detail about that place. The first verse is of a different kind from the other two. It is not a description but words spoken straight to Guha.
The first verse is brief, so we give its gist: devotees cannot serve Shiva and Parvati separately, so Guha shows them as one. This reading may be open to some doubt. In verse 3 we split vajrashula into thunderbolt and spear. It can also be taken as a spear like a thunderbolt.
· Source: the stotra section of the Sringeri Sri Sharada Peetham website (sringeri.net). Where readings differ, the difference is noted here.
For life today
Picture a child who wants to stay close to both mother and father. It never leaves one to go to the other. Seated between them, the whole home feels complete to the child.
The feeling of the first verse is much like this. Before God too, we ask Guha’s grace to stay close to both sides without clinging to only one.
