ತ್ವದನ್ಯಃ ಪಾಣಿಭ್ಯಾಂ ಅಭಯವರದೋ ದೈವತಗಣಃ ತ್ವಮೇಕಾ ನೈವಾಸಿಪ್ರಕಟಿತವರಾಭೀತ್ಯಭಿನಯಾ । ಭಯಾತ್ತ್ರಾತುಂ ದಾತುಂ ಫಲಮಪಿ ಚ ವಾಂಛಾ ಸಮಧಿಕಂ ಶರಣ್ಯೇ ಲೋಕಾನಾಂ ತವ ಹಿ ಚರಣಾವೇವ ನಿಪುಣೌ ॥4॥

ಪಾಣಿಭ್ಯಾಂ (पाणिभ्यां, pāṇibhyāṁ) = ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ (with the hands)
ಅಭಯವರದೋ (अभयवरदो, abhayavarado) = ಅಭಯ ಮತ್ತು ವರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ (granting fearlessness and boons)
ದೈವತಗಣಃ (दैवतगणः, daivatagaṇaḥ) = ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಗುಂಪು (multitude of deities)

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಗಳಿಗೂ ಆಶ್ರಯದಾತೆಯಾದ ತಾಯೇ! ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ದೇವತೆಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ‘ಅಭಯ’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ವರ’ ಮುದ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ನೀನೊಬ್ಬಳೇ ಈ ಮುದ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಭಯದಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಬಯಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳೇ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿವೆ.

6. Full Meaning in English

O refuge of all the worlds! All deities other than you use their hands to display the gestures of granting boons and dispelling fear. You alone do not display these gestures. This is because your holy feet themselves are fully capable of protecting your devotees from fear and granting them rewards far greater than what they desire.
