ಗುಸಾಯಿಂಜೀ ಉತ್ಸವವು ವಲ್ಲಭಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಕಿರಿಯ ಪುತ್ರರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಠ್ಠಲನಾಥಜೀ ಗುಸಾಯಿಂಜೀಯವರ ಪ್ರಕಟ್ಯ ಉತ್ಸವ, ಅಂದರೆ ಜನ್ಮದಿನದ ಹಬ್ಬ. ಇದನ್ನು ಪುಷ್ಟಿಮಾರ್ಗದ ಹವೇಲಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಆಚರಿಸುವ ರೀತಿ
ಹವೇಲಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುಸಾಯಿಂಜೀಯವರ ಪ್ರಕಟ್ಯ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷ ಶೃಂಗಾರ, ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಭೋಗ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಈ ಭೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲೇಬಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಿಹಿತಿನಿಸಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನು ಜಿಲೇಬಿ ಉತ್ಸವ ಎಂದೂ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಾಥದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀನಾಥಜೀಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ದರ್ಶನಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
ಕಥೆ
ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಠ್ಠಲನಾಥಜೀ ಗುಸಾಯಿಂಜೀಯವರು ವಲ್ಲಭಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಕಿರಿಯ ಪುತ್ರರಾಗಿ 1516ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀನಾಥಜೀಯವರ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನದ ಎಂಟು ದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ, ಅಷ್ಟಛಾಪ್ ಎಂಬ ಎಂಟು ಮಂದಿ ಕವಿಗಳ ಸಂಗೀತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವರು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಏಳು ಮಂದಿ ಪುತ್ರರಿಗೆ ತಲಾ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಸ್ವರೂಪ ಲಭಿಸಿತು; ಪುಷ್ಟಿಮಾರ್ಗದ ಏಳು ಮನೆತನಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದಲೇ ಆರಂಭವಾದವು.
ಅನುದಿನ ಕೊಡುವ ದಿನ
ಅಮಾಂತ ಗಣನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾರ್ಗಶಿರವೆನಿಸುವ ಮಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನವಮಿ ತಿಥಿ ಇರುವ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಅನುದಿನ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಗುಜರಾತಿ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳು ಈ ಮಾಸವನ್ನು ಪೌಷ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತವೆ.
ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಷ್ಟಿಮಾರ್ಗ (ವಲ್ಲಭ) ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಓದುಗರಿಗೆ, ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಅನುದಿನ ಇದನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತವೆ; ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ದಿನಗಳು ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ, ಅಷ್ಟೇ.
ಈ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು 2025ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 13 (pushtimarg.net) ಮತ್ತು 2027ರ ಜನವರಿ 1ರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ (vrajdwar.org) ಹೋಲಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 2026ರ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗುಸಾಯಿಂಜೀ ಉತ್ಸವ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ: ಒಂದು ಉತ್ಸವ 2025ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 13ರಂದು ಬಂದಿತ್ತು; ಮುಂದಿನದು 2027ರ ಜನವರಿ 1ರಂದು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ ಸಹಿತ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಆಧಾರಗಳು ಈ ಎರಡೇ.

Gusainji Utsav is the prakatya utsav, the birthday festival, of Sri Vitthalnathji, Gusainji, the younger son of Vallabhacharya, kept in the havelis of Pushtimarga.
How it is kept
The havelis keep the prakatya utsav of Sri Gusainji with festive shringar, kirtans and a large offering in which jalebi is the special sweet, so it is also called the Jalebi Utsav. Shrinathji at Nathdwara is given special darshans.
The story
Sri Vitthalnathji, Gusainji, was born in 1516, the younger son of Vallabhacharya. He ordered the worship of Shrinathji into the eight darshans of the day, with music by the eight poets, the Ashtachhap. His seven sons each received a svarupa of Krishna, the beginning of the seven houses of Pushtimarga.
Which day Anudina gives
Anudina gives the day on which the ninth tithi of the dark fortnight is running at sunrise, in the month that is Margashirsha by the amanta count. Gujarati calendars call this month Paush.
Anudina shows it to readers who tick the Pushtimarga (Vallabha) lineage in the Tradition sheet, wherever they are. The general festivals are always shown; a lineage only adds days.
The rule was compared with 13 December 2025 (pushtimarg.net) and 1 January 2027 (vrajdwar.org). No Gusainji Utsav falls in the calendar year 2026: one fell on 13 December 2025 and the next is on 1 January 2027. Only these two dated sources were found.
