ದುರ್ಗಾ ಸಪ್ತಶತಿಯ ಹನ್ನೆರಡನೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವಿ ತನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಭರವಸೆಯ ಶ್ಲೋಕ ಇದು. ನನ್ನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ದೇವಿಯೇ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾಳೆ.
ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದ ಹೊತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಪೂಜೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕಷ್ಟದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೊಂದೇ ಶ್ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಜಪಿಸುವವರು ಅನೇಕರು.
ಶ್ಲೋಕ (ಕನ್ನಡ)
ಸರ್ವಾಬಾಧಾವಿನಿರ್ಮುಕ್ತೋ ಧನಧಾನ್ಯಸುತಾನ್ವಿತಃ ।
ಮನುಷ್ಯೋ ಮತ್ಪ್ರಸಾದೇನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತಿ ನ ಸಂಶಯಃ ॥
ಶ್ಲೋಕ (ದೇವನಾಗರಿ)
सर्वाबाधाविनिर्मुक्तो धनधान्यसुतान्वितः ।
मनुष्यो मत्प्रसादेन भविष्यति न संशयः ॥
ಶ್ಲೋಕ (IAST)
sarvābādhāvinirmukto dhanadhānyasutānvitaḥ |
manuṣyo matprasādena bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ ||
ಪದಶಃ ಅರ್ಥ
- ಸರ್ವಾಬಾಧಾವಿನಿರ್ಮುಕ್ತಃ (सर्वाबाधाविनिर्मुक्तः, sarvābādhāvinirmuktaḥ) = ಎಲ್ಲ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವನು (freed from every trouble)
- ಧನಧಾನ್ಯಸುತಾನ್ವಿತಃ (धनधान्यसुतान्वितः, dhanadhānyasutānvitaḥ) = ಹಣ, ಧಾನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದವನು (blessed with wealth, grain and children)
- ಮನುಷ್ಯಃ (मनुष्यः, manuṣyaḥ) = ಮನುಷ್ಯನು (a person)
- ಮತ್ಪ್ರಸಾದೇನ (मत्प्रसादेन, matprasādena) = ನನ್ನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ (by my grace)
- ಭವಿಷ್ಯತಿ (भविष्यति, bhaviṣyati) = ಆಗುತ್ತಾನೆ (will become)
- ನ ಸಂಶಯಃ (न संशयः, na saṃśayaḥ) = ಸಂಶಯವಿಲ್ಲ (there is no doubt)
ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಥ (ಕನ್ನಡ)
ನನ್ನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಎಲ್ಲ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗಿ, ಹಣ, ಧಾನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದವನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಥ (ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್)
By my grace a person will be freed from every trouble and blessed with wealth, grain and children. Of this there is no doubt.
ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದ ಬಗ್ಗೆAbout this verse
ದೇವೀ ಮಾಹಾತ್ಮ್ಯದ ಹನ್ನೆರಡನೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಫಲಶ್ರುತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ. ಅಸುರರನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದ ನಂತರ ದೇವಿ, ತನ್ನ ಈ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು ಓದುವವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗುವ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು.
The twelfth chapter of the Devi Mahatmya describes the fruits of reciting it. After defeating the asuras, the goddess tells what those who read her story will gain, and this verse is one of those promises.

ಇಂದಿನ ಬದುಕಿಗೆFor life today
ಆಬಾಧಾ ಎಂದರೆ ನೋವು ಕೊಡುವ ಅಡ್ಡಿ. ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಥವು ಬರುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ. ನ ಸಂಶಯಃ ಎಂಬ ಕೊನೆಯ ಮಾತು, ಕಷ್ಟದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾದ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಕಂಬದಂತೆ.
Abadha means an obstacle that causes pain, and such things keep coming in life. The closing words, na samshayah, there is no doubt, are like a firm pillar the mind can hold on to so as not to lose hope in hard days.
