Those whose face is a home of graciousness, whose heart is kind, whose words shed nectar, and whose doing is help to others: to whom are they not worthy of salutation?

About this subhashita

Prasada means serenity, a clear mind. Calling the face its home suggests that it is not put on.

All four parts have the same tone. That face, heart, speech and action agree with each other is the measure of goodness here.

For life today

A good doctor is not marked by the list of his degrees. He is marked by what the patient carries out of the room.

If even one of the four is lacking, the others are worth less. So this is a way of looking, not a verdict.
