ವಿವಾಹವ್ಯಾನದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಗುಣಗುಣಸಂಖ್ಯಾಪ್ರತಿಭುವಃ ।
ವಿರಾಜಂತೇ ನಾನಾ-ವಿಧಮಧುರರಾಗಾಕರಭುವಾಂ
ತ್ರಯಾಣಾಂ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಣಾಂ ಸ್ಥಿತಿನಿಯಮಸೀಮಾನ ಇವ ತೇ ॥ 69 ॥
ಶ್ಲೋಕ (ದೇವನಾಗರಿ)
गले रेखास्तिस्रो गतिगमकगीतैकनिपुणे
विवाहव्यानद्ध प्रगुणगुणसङ्ख्याप्रतिभुवः ।
विराजन्ते नानाविधमधुररागाकरभुवां
त्रयाणां ग्रामाणां स्थितिनियमसीमान इव ते ॥ 69 ॥

vivāhavyānaddha praguṇaguṇasaṅkhyāpratibhuvaḥ |
virājante nānāvidhamadhurarāgākarabhuvāṃ

ಪದಶಃ ಅರ್ಥ
- ಗಲೇ (गले, gale) = ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ (on your neck)
- ರೇಖಾಃ ತಿಸ್ರಃ (रेखाः तिस्रः, rekhāḥ tisraḥ) = ಮೂರು ಗೆರೆಗಳು (the three lines)
- ಗತಿಗಮಕಗೀತೈಕನಿಪುಣೇ (गतिगमकगीतैकनिपुणे, gatigamakagītaikanipuṇe) = ಗತಿ, ಗಮಕ, ಗೀತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದ್ವಿತೀಯ ನಿಪುಣೆಯೇ (O you unrivalled in the movements, graces and forms of song)
- ವಿವಾಹವ್ಯಾನದ್ಧ (विवाहव्यानद्ध, vivāhavyānaddha) = ವಿವಾಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ (tied at the wedding)
- ಪ್ರಗುಣಗುಣಸಂಖ್ಯಾಪ್ರತಿಭುವಃ (प्रगुणगुणसङ्ख्याप्रतिभुवः, praguṇaguṇasaṅkhyāpratibhuvaḥ) = ಮಂಗಳಸೂತ್ರದ ಎಳೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದ (bearing witness to the number of strands in the thread)
- ವಿರಾಜಂತೇ (विराजन्ते, virājante) = ಶೋಭಿಸುತ್ತವೆ (shine)
- ನಾನಾವಿಧಮಧುರರಾಗಾಕರಭುವಾಂ (नानाविधमधुररागाकरभुवां, nānāvidhamadhurarāgākarabhuvāṃ) = ಬಗೆಬಗೆಯ ಮಧುರ ರಾಗಗಳ ಉಗಮಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಾದ (the sources of the many sweet ragas)
- ತ್ರಯಾಣಾಂ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಣಾಂ (त्रयाणां ग्रामाणां, trayāṇāṃ grāmāṇāṃ) = ಮೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ (of the three gramas, the ancient scales)

ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಥ (ಕನ್ನಡ)
ಗತಿ, ಗಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಗೀತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದ್ವಿತೀಯ ನಿಪುಣೆಯೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಮೂರು ಗೆರೆಗಳು, ವಿವಾಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಮಂಗಳಸೂತ್ರದ ಎಳೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಂತಿವೆ. ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವು ಬಗೆಬಗೆಯ ಮಧುರ ರಾಗಗಳ ಉಗಮಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಾದ ಷಡ್ಜ, ಮಧ್ಯಮ, ಗಾಂಧಾರವೆಂಬ ಮೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಗಡಿರೇಖೆಗಳಂತೆ ಶೋಭಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅರ್ಥ (ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್)
You who are unrivalled in the movements, graces and forms of song, the three lines on your neck recall the number of strands in the thread tied at your wedding. They shine like the boundary lines of the three gramas, shadja, madhyama and gandhara, from which all the many sweet ragas arise.
