Context and commentary on verse 12.6
According to Sridhara Swami the gist of these two verses is one: by my grace my devotees attain fulfilment without strain. For Shankara ‘ananya yoga’ is a samadhi that has no support other than the God in his cosmic form. Madhva takes the two verses together and says that the worshippers of the Lord have no hardship at all. He quotes a shruti asking what need those who worship Vasudeva have of the unmanifest and the rest, and the Mokshadharma’s word that the single-minded, who have no other deity, are the best.
Ramanuja expands ‘all actions’: the worldly actions needed to sustain the body, such as eating, and the Vedic actions, sacrifice, gifts, homa and austerity, all offered to him. For such devotees, he says, meditation, worship, bowing, praise and singing are not mere means, they are as dear as the goal itself.

For life today
Eating too is in Ramanuja’s list. Even the small tasks of every day can become an offering: cooking, housework, office work, caring for a patient.
When work is seen as an offering, its quality changes too. No one cooks in a hurry what is to be offered to God.
